Managing Locations, Classrooms, and Instructors

You set up locations, classrooms, and instructors so when you create a live course, you can select from prepopulated lists.

• Location - physical building where a learner attends training
• Classroom - specific room within the location
• Instructor - a Percipio user with instructor privileges who teaches the class and can manage the class roster

To manage these resources, from the Content menu, select Live Course, then Manage locations and instructors. From here you can view a list of locations with their associated classrooms and a list of instructors. You can also:

• Add, edit and deactivate a location
• Add, edit and deactivate a classroom
• Add an instructor
