Learner Submissions

You can capture real-world evidence of skill application by allowing learners to upload artifacts such as documents, reports, and presentations. This moves your programs beyond simple course completion to verifiable skill demonstration with a single source of truth, eliminating email-based workflows and manual tracking.

You can track all learner submissions for all channels, journeys, assignments, and learning programs on one page.

For each item, you can download it to review it, or delete it. As soon as the learner uploads it, the item is considered complete.

To access learner submissions, go to: Learning > Learner Submissions. The Learner Submission page displays a table of all submissions made by learners. For each submission you see the following information:

  • LOGIN NAME: The value entered in the Login name attribute for the user.
  • FIRST NAME: The value entered in the First name user attribute. Usually the user's first name.

Delete a document submission

If you delete a learner's document submission, the learner no longer sees it in their Submission activity. However, the learner still sees the document submission as complete in the overall activity, and if uploading a document submission completed the journey, assignment, or learning program, that container also remains complete.

To delete a learner's document submission:

  1. From the left navigation, select Learning > Learner Submissions.
  2. Locate the submission in the list you want to delete. From the More action menu, select Delete submission.
  3. Select Delete submission to confirm.
