In the Assessments tab you see the following areas:
At the top of the Assessments tab, you see three pie charts with Assessment completion data. The three charts are as follows:
-
Self Assessment Summary: This chart shows completion data of learners' self assessments that they complete at the start of coaching, and then once a year after that.
-
Feedback Assessment Summary - Managers: If the setting is turned on to allow learners to invite managers to give feedback, this chart populates with the completion data of managers who have been requested to complete the Feedback Assessment.
-
Feedback Assessment Summary - Colleagues: If the setting is turned on to allow learners to invite colleagues to give feedback, this chart populates with the completion data of colleagues who have been requested to complete the Feedback Assessment.
Note, Assessment completion data is based on the number of users assigned to complete an assessment in the specified date range.
In this section you see the results of the self and feedback assessments. Data for each question of the assessment are shown. Depending on the settings your organization has configured, results are divided between self ratings, manager ratings, and colleague ratings so that you can compare how learners rate their own skills versus how others rate them.
