AI Coach Dashboard

This dashboard shows how your learners are interacting with AI coaching. On this dashboard you see which skills learners are focusing on, how long they have spent with their AI coach, the topics of their sessions, and their goal progression.

Dashboard Insights

The AI Coach dashboard gives you insights into how your learners are growing with AI coaching. You can:

  • See the progress learners are making towards their goals. Make sure that learners are continuing to set new goals as they achieve them in order to promote growth.
  • Gain insights into which skills your learners are most focused on. Use this information to ensure learning aligns with your organization’s goals and initiatives. Also reflect on potential weaknesses your learners are aiming to improve.
  • See how much time learners are spending with their AI coach. Consider reminding them to log back in and continue learning and receiving coaching.
  • Check how learners are scoring on their feedback assessments. Use this information to gauge your learners strengths and weaknesses, and how they are improving.

Get Started

To access this dashboard and customize it for your needs:

  1. From the left navigation bar, select Analytics. From the Dashboard tab, select AI Coach. The AI Coach dashboard displays.
  2. The dashboard displays with the default filters.
  3. To see just the data you need, specify global filters for this dashboard. You find all filters under the Filters drop down.
  4. Once you specify filters, select Apply filters to update the dashboard.
  5. Select Load default filters, then Apply filters to reset all filters to default.

Filters

The following filters are available for this dashboard:

  • Date filters: Use these to specify the data on your Activity dashboard.
    • Date Range: Filters the data by a specified range of dates that you select from the drop-down list.
    • Start: Instead of using a Date Range preset, use this to specify a start date. When you enter a Start date, the Date Range Presets filter changes to Custom.
    • End: Instead of using a Date Range preset, use this to specify an end date. When you enter an End date, the Date Range Presets filter changes to Custom.
    Example:
    If you set the date to Start on September 1 and End on October 1, only the platform data within the September 1 - October 1 time period is shown.
  • Audience: Predefined group of users. Enter the name of an audience and then select it from the list. You can display the data for multiple audiences at the same time by entering more than one audience name. You can select up to 20 audiences.
