Reset a User's Password

You can reset an individual users' password using the Edit User page. To reset passwords for multiple users, see Update Existing Users by Bulk Import.

  1. From the left navigation bar, select Users > User Management. The User Management page displays.
  2. Locate the user whose password you want to reset.
  3. In the Actions column, select actions menu icon, gray elipse > the Edit button, a pencil Edit user. The Edit User page displays.
  4. Enter a new password in the Password field..
  5. Select Update.
  6. Communicate the new password to the user.
