There are settings available for you to enable learners to reset their own password without calling in for Support. Consider the following:
- Enable single sign on. When users can log in using their corporate credentials, they have fewer passwords to remember and it facilitates login.
- Prompt users without email on file to provide security questions and answers. This option allows learners who do not have an email address in their Percipio user profile to specify security questions and answers to use when they forget their password.
- Include the masked email address (e.g. m*****o@b****t.c**) for the user in the confirmation message when they request a password reset. This option shows learners their email address in a masked form when they request a password reset. Showing a masked email helps learners know what email address is associated with their Percipio user account and helps prevent calls to Support.
- Add login instructions. Login instructions show to learners on the login page above the login fields to help your learners log in successfully the first time.
