Chat with your AI Coach

Skillsoft's AI Coach allows you to get professional advice and career guidance at any time. Once in AI Coach, you can access chats with your AI Coach in a few different ways.

Access the chat page

To start a new chat, or continue a past chat, select Chat from the left navigation. With the fly out window expanded, you have the following options:

  • New chat: Select New chat to open the chat page to a new chat with your AI coach. Here, you can respond to the suggested prompt, or start a conversation with your AI Coach.
  • Recent chats: Select from one of your recent chats with your AI Coach to open that chat and continue the conversation.
  • View all: Select View all to see all past chats with your AI Coach. You can select any past chat to continue the conversation.

Chat sidebar

To get advice from anywhere in AI Coach, select the chat icon from the top navigation. Here, you can have a conversation while continuing to navigate around to other AI Coach pages. Select the expand icon Bottom left to upper right slanted line with arrow heads on both ends. to open the chat in the full screen chat page.

Task card

On the Home page, you may see a task card that when selected starts a new chat with your AI coach regarding a specific part of your coaching experience.

Home page

You can start a new chat with your AI coach directly from the chat window on the Home page. You can answer the chat prompt or ask your AI Coach anything else you have on your mind.
