Access Compliance from the Mobile App

If your company has access to Percipio Compliance, you may see Compliance content assigned to you by your Administrator. Compliance content is mandatory and must be completed by the assigned due date.

If you have assigned Compliance courses, a Compliance Training Required card displays under My Assignments on the Home page.

Note: If you have overdue courses, the title of the training card displays in red.

Tap the Compliance Training Required card to open Percipio Compliance on the web.

On the Percipio Compliance Home page you can:

  1. Change the language of the Compliance Home page and the content that launches, if available. Content not available in the selected language will launch in your default language.
    Note: Changing the language on the Compliance Home page does not change the language for other areas of the Mobile App.
  2. Access Help, or Sign out of the Compliance Home page.
  3. See the number of your Required Compliance Assignments.

    Scroll down to see:

  4. Content cards with the type, title, and due date for the course.
    5. Note: Most compliance content does launch on the Mobile App. If you launch a course and receive the message, “Cannot Launch Course: This course will not play on this device”, open Percipio for the web from your desktop to take the course.
  5. The Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Help links.
