Compliance RIA Player Course Menu

The Compliance RIA player course menu provides convenient access to many important course items and instructional materials.

Not all of the options shown are available in all courses.

Displays your course completion status and includes information about tasks you must perform to complete the course.

Provides access to all lessons, topics, and tests in the course. Includes:

  • black teardrop pointing to the right Place in Course Indicator to mark the last course visited.
  • Duration and status indicators for each item in the course.

Lesson Tests can be launched individually, or taken at the same time in the Course Test.

A lock icon indicates the topics must be taken in order and you cannot access a locked topic. Completing the previous topics unlocks the next topic.

Launches the course test. Course (and lesson) tests are also available from the Table of Contents.

Additional resources available for the course include:

  • Course Index: Aaccess key information and subject matter covered in the course content.
  • Job Aids: Tools and forms that complement and support the course content. Designed for use after you complete the course.
  • NASBA Information: Lists information relative to course eligibility for NASBA CPE credit.
  • More Resources: Access supporting resources for the course.
  • SkillBriefs: Condensed summaries of topic content designed to be used as an instant reference.

Displays general information about the course such as:

  • Course overview
  • Name of course instructor
  • Prerequisites for the course, if required
  • Target audience for the course
  • Course objectives
  • First publication date
  • Last revision date
  • Library ID

Displays several settings to enhance your course play, including:

  • AutoPlay: Enables or disables automatic content advancement between each course component or page. If the player is launched with web accessibility enabled, AutoPlay is disabled by default, but can be manually enabled.
  • Video: Enables or disables video playback. When disabled, the player displays a static version of the page.
  • Animations: Enables or disables animations playback.
  • Keyboard Accessibility Hints: Displays shortcut commands for interactive exercises within the course.
  • Auto-start Audio and Video: Enables or disables auto-start of video and audio content after the page launches. This happens only when in accessibility mode.

Displays a survey so you can provide feedback to Skillsoft about the specific course that is open.
