Digital Badges Troubleshooting

Workarounds to common issues you may encounter.

Javascript issue with browser

• Issue: When I try to access the skillsoft.digitalbadges.skillsoft.com site I get a blank page.
  Workaround: Ensure Javascript is enabled, and add skillsoft.digitalbadges.skillsoft.com as a Trusted site.

Email issue

• Issue: I've emailed my Digital Badge but my recipient did not receive it.
  Workaround: Spam filters may block your credential email from being delivered to your recipient. If this happens, your recipient should safelist the default email sender information or contact their IT department for additional support. See System Requirements for more information.

Known issue

• Issue: Digital Badges you earn are linked to your unique email addresses and can only be earned once for the same course. If you are a user on another Percipio site and attempt to earn the same badge, the badge will only be stored on the original site that it was issued from.
