Certification Center

The Certification Center is your gateway to finding, earning, and tracking the certifications you need to be successful at your job. Whether you are going for your first certification or your tenth, the Certification Center helps keep you on track.

To access the Certification Center, from the left navigation bar, select Certifications.

How to use the Certification Center

When you access the Certification Center, you get a customized experience depending on whether you have any certifications, are in the process of getting a certification, or haven't started one yet. No matter your role or you how many certifications you have, this page helps you keep track of all your certifications.

The Certification Center offers guidance in three distinct sections:

  • My Certifications: This section at the top of the pages helps you keep your focus.

    • If you are new to certifications and do not yet have any, this section guides you to choosing a certification path right for your role. Choose to browse all available certifications, or just the ones recommended for your role.

    • If you have an existing certification, you can add it to your learning record. When you add a certification in this way, Percipio helps you track when it is coming due so you don't lose your credentials.

    • If you have started down a certification path, this section provides insight into how far you've come and an easy entry point to pick up where you left off.

  • Browse Certification paths: In this section, you can browse for certification paths by vendor or by skill area. Locate the certification path you want to start, then track your progress in the My Certification section.

  • Top picks for your role: In this section, you see selected certification paths based on your job role. If you did not specify a job role, you don't see this section. Use this area to keep your focus on certifications most relevant to your job role.

Add a certification

If you earned a certification at any time, you can add it from the Certification Center. When you add all your certifications, Percipio helps you track when they are coming due and guides you on how to keep it updated. You also have a record all in one place that is easy to access and share with your managers of all your certifications.

To add a certification:

  1. From the My Certification section, select Add your existing certifications if you have not yet added any or Add another certification if you previously added one through External learning.
  2. Select the issuing body from the drop down list. This is the organization from which you received your certification.
  3. Either upload a PDF version of your credentials or add a URL to your credential.
  4. Specify the following details about your certification:
    1. The title of the certification
    2. Your name
    3. The date the certification was issued
    4. The date the certification expires
  5. Select Save.
  6. Confirm that you acknowledge the accuracy of what you are uploading and that you acknowledge that Percipio stores your credentials as a record of your achievement, and shares its details with your organization's administrators. Select Save.
