Certificates of Completion

You can download and print a certificate of completion for any of the following that you complete in Percipio:

  • Skillsoft course
  • Aspire Journey
  • Custom (AICC/SCORM) course
  • Custom journey

If you do not see a View Certificate option, your site does not have this feature enabled. Contact your Site Admin for more information.

Note: If you attempt to download a certificate of completion, but the system displays an error message that your name cannot be read, your first and last name may not be in Percipio's system. Contact your Site Admin to fix this.
  1. From My Profile select Activity.
  2. Locate the completed course or journey in the list.
  3. From the More Actions column, select View Certificate. The certificate displays in your browser window.

    4. Certificates of completion display with your name, the name of the course or journey, and the date of completion. If the content is endorsed by MIT Sloan Management Review, the certificate displays the MIT Sloan Management Review branding.

If you do not see a View Certificate option from the More Actions menu either:

  • Your site does not have this feature enabled. Contact your Site Admin for more information.
  • You were granted a completion in the form of an admin override or waiver by an admin and are not eligible for a certificate. Open the course, view all videos and take all knowledge checks and tests yourself to be eligible for a PMI PCU certificate.

To view the certificate you earned:

  1. From the My Profile select Activity, then from the left navigation select the PMI PDU option.
  2. From the More Actions column, select View Certificate. The certificate displays in your browser window.

    3. You can download PMI PDU certificate as a PDF file. It displays your name, the name of the course, date of completion, and the PMI training credit value.

    All participants who intend to sit for the PMP exam are required to have a PMP Learner Kit. Skillsoft provides access to vouchers for the PMP Learner Kit.

If you do not see a View Certificate option from the More Actions menu either:

  • Your site does not have this feature enabled. Contact your Site Admin for more information.
  • You were granted a completion in the form of an admin override or waiver by an admin and are not eligible for a certificate. Open the course, view all videos and take all knowledge checks and tests yourself to be eligible for a NASBA CPE certificate.

To view the certificate:

  1. In the My Profile menu, click Activity then from the left navigation select the NASBA CPE option.
  2. From the More Actions column, select View Certificate. The certificate displays in your browser window.

    3. You can download the NASBA CPE certificate as a PDF file. It displays your name, the name of the course, field of study, date of completion, the NASBA CPE training credit value, CPE program sponsor and id or registration number, and NASBA time statement.

  1. Open the downloaded PDF file.
  2. Click Print . The Print window displays.
  3. Verify the print setting Scale: Fit to page is enabled.
  4. Click Print.
