Engaging your learners to build a learning culture

The items in this section provide ways to engage your users so they want to learn and make learning a habit.

On the home page, under the Skill Benchmark tab in the My Learning section, learners who previously started or completed a Skill Benchmark now see a new link called Find more Skill Benchmarks. When selected, the learner sees the Skill Benchmark landing page that shows all available Skill Benchmarks.

To make it easier for you to find the desired language for your Percipio site, you now see the native name of the language along with the English-language name equivalent in parentheses when you select the language selector icon.

Manage, promote, and measure learning

The items in this section provide the tools you need to manage users and content, promote learning, and measure learning effectiveness on your bottom line.

Previously, if reports contained more than 500,000 rows, Percipio limited the number of rows in the report to 500,000. This limit is now 1,048,576.

If you try to update an existing SCORM or AICC package that is hosted in Percipio, Percipio now asks you how you would like to proceed based on the changes it detects within the package. There are three scenarios when updating existing SCORM or AICC packages:

  • If Percipio detects only minor changes, you can replace the existing file without impacting learners completion or progress. Learners see the updates next time they start the course.
  • If Percipio detects major changes, you can't replace the existing file. You must add it as a new course.
  • If Percipio detects minor changes that impact learners' progress or ability to complete it properly, you can still replace the existing file. All learners see the new course. Learners in progress may be impacted.
