NEW FEATURES
Learners can now earn Digital Badges when working with Skillsoft Aspire Journeys. Digital Badges are now available for completing each track within an Aspire Journey, and a separate badge can be earned for completing the entire Aspire Journey.
Learners can also generate Digital Badges for tracks or journeys they have already completed, prior to this enhancement.
Administrators can disable or enable track or journey badges using new settings in Engagement & Notifications.
Completion certificates can now be issued for custom content in SCORM and AICC format, and learners can download them from the Activity page.
These new certificates are enabled by default in Site Configuration.
In Site Branding, you can customize the certificate, uploading a logo and choosing different primary and secondary colors.
This release includes a new page for administrators to manage policy information within Percipio. On the administrative Settings menu, a new Policy Management choice replaces the previous Corporate Use Policy link.
The new Policy Management page provides settings for the standard license agreement and privacy notice links, plus provides an updated interface for adding your own custom policy.
ENHANCEMENTS
With this release, the Percipio interface includes support for hosted custom content in Italian, Russian, Polish, and Dutch.
For more information, see Setting your Language.
This release includes two enhancements for re-engagement email settings.
First, you can now choose specific audiences to receive re-engagement emails.
Next, the administrative feature to customize re-engagement email has been enhanced to include an option to switch between the Percipio defaults and your customizations. This allows you to revert back to the default system emails if necessary.
For more information, see Re-engagement Emails.
In the administrative Content menu, the Content Items page contains enhancements to make it easier to manage your custom content. On the renamed Manage Content Items page, the title and actions columns are fixed to keep them visible and a new Modified By column replaces the Created By column.
With this release, two analytics reports have been removed: Source Access Summary by User and Source Access Detail by User.
With this release, the calculation of the TOTAL UNIQUE USER ACCESSES column is now the all-time, cumulative, total number of individual users that accessed an asset, no longer limited to a date range.
