Manage, promote, and measure learning

The items in this section provide the tools you need to manage users and content, promote learning, and measure learning effectiveness on your bottom line.

The number of custom roles that you can create increased from 2 to 5. This enhancement provides greater flexibility and support for managing your teams.

You now have the ability to add individual users to child audiences, both manually and via bulk upload. Learning admins can upload individual users to child audiences they create, however, they can only add users from audiences that they own.

The Give Feedback button is now suppressed for Skillsoft courses categorized as archived, pending retirement, or both. This ensures feedback from outdated courses does not skew overall NPS scores, providing a more accurate reflection of course quality. This suppression applies only to Skillsoft courses, not custom courses.

You can now see all of a learner's activity in one report. The new Internal and External Activity report includes both content a learner took within Percipio (courses, books, videos, journeys, CAISY, etc) and content they or their admin added as External learning, such as a conferences or webinars.
