- Certification Dashboard: This new comprehensive dashboard provides insight into the health of your certification programs. You can see how many learners are certified, who is certified in what, your top certifications, how many learners are pursuing certifications, how much time it is taking, and certifications that are expiring in the next 90 days. Get the big picture, then drill down for details.
- Improved Certification Center page: Learners now have an improved experience when they want to discover, pursue, and achieve certifications. These updates aim to keep learners engaged so they can achieve success in certification helping you drive business growth and opportunities. Key features with this release include:
- Welcome banner: Learners now see a welcoming banner on the Certification Center homepage guiding them on what they can do and encouraging exploration.
- Recommended certification paths: Learners see recommended certification paths based on their role or popular industry trends, helping them choose the most relevant certifications.
- Finding certification paths: Learners can browse or search certification paths by vendor or skill areas, providing them with a comprehensive view of available certifications.
- Certifications dashboard: For learners starting their certification journey, they see value statements and prompts to take action. Returning learners can track their progress and continue their certification path where they left off.

Role Advisor now provides learners with a more dynamic and guided learning experience tailored to their career aspirations. It helps them focus on identifying and developing key skills necessary for their current and aspirational roles. Key updates include:
- A guided way that introduces learners to Role Advisor encouraging them to add their current and aspirational roles if they haven't already.
- A section that recommends the top 3 skills that the learner should focus on. The learner can add a rating for each skill indicating their level of proficiency. If they are highly proficient in one of the focus skills or want to focus on some other skill, they can replace the recommended skills with different ones to meet their needs and goals.
- Personalized content recommendations based on the learners focused skills and proficiency level. These recommendations are dynamic and change as the learner progresses. Learners can also plan for their future with recommended Aspire Journeys and Skill landing pages that provide more detailed insights and learning opportunities.
- A more robust AI Assistant to help guide learners along their career path when they need it most.

Learners can now easily access all practice lab opportunities entitled to them in one centralized location. From the left navigation, locate the Practice Labs option. The new page shows all practice labs grouped by area with new content flagged for easy identification.
Engaging your learners to build a learning culture
The items in this section provide ways to engage your users so they want to learn and make learning a habit.

To enhance learner engagement and streamline access to key resources, the Library page now includes a Quick Links section at the top of the page. This update allows learners to easily navigate to important content-related pages, including Live Learning Calendar, Aspire Journeys, Bookshelf, AI Simulations, and Skill Benchmarks.

With this update, the feature Learn Together is now called Study Groups. This change is designed to better reflect the collaborative nature of learning and enhance clarity in communications.
When learners start a study group, they invite others to engage with a piece of content. Invited learners can choose to accept the invitation and join others in discussion either in a meeting or asynchronously in a group chat. Learning together increases learners' engagement and retention of materials and encourages collaboration.
Please ensure that you review any custom communications to incorporate this label change. This update is not applicable to mobile applications at this time.

Learners now experience celebratory moments with a confetti animation when they reach a learning milestone while going through an Aspire journey or Certification path. These moments aim to enhance the learning experience by recognizing learners' progress and milestones, motivating them to continue learning and encouraging them to take the next step. The confetti animation displays when the learner:
- Completes a content item within a track.
- Completes a track.
- Uploads a certification as part of a certification path.

This release finds two updates to CAISY making it more realistic, versatile, and valuable for professional growth.
- Guiding mode: In this mode, you practice the skill presented by the simulator. After a few messages, you receive a message from the AI Coach that shares how you are progressing in your conversation. For more details, please see CAISY AI Simulator.
- New languages: CAISY is now available in the English derivatives of: English (India), English (Canada), English (New Zealand), English (Australia), and English (UK).

To maintain the integrity and professionalism of the certification process and allow learners to earn credentials that reflect the most current standards, they now see the new PMI PDU 2025 logo on their completion certificates for eligible courses and bootcamps. Additionally, certificates previously issued, when reopened, show the new logo.

This new option creates a seamless localization experience across all languages and will be on by default for all organizations except Canadian organizations. This new setting will allow Percipio to dynamically provide learners with translated English (US) content via closed captions if content in their preferred language is unavailable.
Manage, promote, and measure learning
The items in this section provide the tools you need to manage users and content, promote learning, and measure learning effectiveness on your bottom line.

This release finds the following enhancements for Dynamic Content:
- New Multi-state Workplace Harassment Prevention (US) template: This template supports organizations that require learners to train on multiple work locations, covering states such as California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Maine, and New York. This new template is available in English and incorporates Skillsoft's recently released courses tailored to these states. Additionally, the existing Workplace Harassment Prevention (US) template has been renamed to Single jurisdiction Workplace Harassment Prevention (US) and has been adjusted for single-location training needs.
- Preview mode: This new feature allows you to preview dynamic content before publishing. You can preview each question in a full-screen modal as you add them to ensure each one meets your standards before finalizing. You can also preview from the summary page, allowing you to review the flow. In preview mode, you can interact with the questions and see the mapped content testing all your scenarios for accuracy before publishing.
For more details, please see Create Dynamic Content.
Usability Enhancements
The items in this section show where we are making improvements to the interface for a better experience.

Previously, when you launched Codecademy content, it opened in a new browser tab, creating a disconnected experience for learners. Coming soon, all Codecademy content such as interactive courses, cheatsheets, labs, and journeys will open directly in Percipio. These changes mean your learners can experience a more seamless learning environment, enhancing engagement and promoting ease of use.
Additionally, learners will see a new navigation bar when going through a Codecademy Aspire journey. This bar will enable learners to effortlessly track their progress and navigate through their learning journey without going back to the home page.

Currently, when learners wanted to share content or invite others to learn together (now called study groups), they have to type the full email address of every person they wanted to include. This creates a barrier to easy sharing. Coming soon, as they start typing characters in the To box, they will see a list of matching names and email addresses from their Percipio site that they can select from. They will no longer have to know full email addresses to share with others who have Percipio user accounts on their site.

This release finds two new updates that improve the visual appeal of Percipio.
- Footer: The new footer that shows on every Percipio page now shows consistency in styling and information layout with links and copyright notice positioned on the left and the Get the app section on the right.
- Carousels and cards: This update ensures that cards maintain their presence across various screen widths, providing a more consistent and engaging experience for learners.
