Editing AICC Metadata

To modify the standard AICC metadata generated by OLSA, the following changes need to be made. It is assumed the customer has already created a group in the OLSA Admin UI with an orgcode NEWGROUP.

1. Edit the AU file and change the web_launch parameter appending &groupcode=NEWGROUP
2. Edit the CRS file and optionally edit the Course_Title and Course_ID elements to meaningful names, and optionally the description, for example:

   Course_Creator=Skillsoft

   Course_System=skillsoft_addon_books

   Course_Title=Skillsoft Books 24 X 7

   Course_ID=_addon_books_001

   ...

   [Course_Description]

   Course_Description=Use this to launch the books 24 X 7 site

   Edited CRS file

   [Course]

   Course_Creator=Skillsoft

   Course_System=skillsoft_addon_books

   Course_Title=Skillsoft Books 24 X 7 for IT Audience

   Course_ID=_addon_books_001_itpro

   ...

   [Course_Description]

   Course_Description=Use this to launch the books 24 X 7 site with access to ITPRO Collection
