Bug Fixes

• When attempting to launch a Skillsoft Leadership Advantage via the OLSA SO_GetMultiActionSignOnURL service, the following error message displays: "The application has encountered an error. Contact your training manager." (CR 160723)
• The OLSA Admin User Interface does not generate TPLMS debug reports. The following error message displays: "Unable to retrieve the report list." (CR 162155)
