Credential Catalog
Displays the list of courses within specific credentials. Results are not limited by the privileges assigned to the Administrator running the report.

Filter Controls
 Credential Selector
- Description: Provides the ability to select a Credential to include in the report. Credentials are displayed in alphabetical order and default to the first one in the list.
- Control Type: Single-select
- BCS Parameter: credential_list
- Possible Values: <credential_id>
- Default Value: First available (alphabetically)

Asset Title
- Description: The title of the asset.
- BCS Value: asset_title
Credential Board
- Description: The group of professionals that establish the subject standards, policy, and Credential requirements.
- BCS Value: credential_board
Credential Installation Status
- Description: The status of the credential. Either Active or Deactive
- BCS Value: credential_installation_status
Credential Sponsor
- Description: The organization approved by a Credentialing board to carry out the Credential requirements.
- BCS Value: credential_sponsor
Credential Title
- Description: The name of the Credential.
- BCS Value: credential_title
Credential Type
- Description: The credential type. Either Core or Custom
- BCS Value: credential_type
Field of Study
- Description: The field of study of the credential. This is a user inputted field from the create credential dialog.
- BCS Value: field_of_study
Valid From
- Description: The date from which the credential is valid. This user inputted field will determine credential credits based on user course completion date and the credential valid from date.
- BCS Value: valid_from

Asset ID
- Description: The ID of the learning asset, for example, COMM0101.
- BCS Value: asset_name
Asset Installation Status
- Description: The status of the asset within Skillport: Active or Inactive.
- BCS Value: asset_installation_status
Asset Type
- Description: The type of asset.
- BCS Value: asset_category
Credits
- Description: Number of credits earned for the completed course.
- BCS Value: credential_credits

Asset Description
- Description: The description of the asset.

Expected Duration
- Description: For courses, this is the expected duration of the asset. For videos, audio books, and recorded sessions, this is the actual run time. Displayed in hh:mm format for Previewed reports, and reports exported to PDF and HTML. Displayed in minutes for reports exported to CSV and Excel.
