Use the Classrooms Template to upload classroom records quickly and easily. The table below shows the correct data format for each field in the template.

Field is required. Field must match an existing facility. |
Classroom Name |
Field is required. Field value must be unique. Field must be less than or equal to 80 characters. |
Status |
Field is required. Field must be one of 0 or 1. |
Classroom ID |
Field is required. Field value must be unique. Field must not contain leading or trailing spaces. Field must be less than or equal to 20 characters. |
Capacity |
Field is required. Field must be in the range 0-99999. |
Contact Name |
Field is optional. Field must match an existing contact. |
Description |
Field is optional. Field must be less than or equal to 2500 characters. |
Directions |
Field is optional. Field must be less than or equal to 1000 characters. |
