Batch Add/Update

  • Attempting to update users' information no longer fails. (CR 177402)

Configuration

  • When the Player setting RIA_LMS_RESULTS_RELAY is enabled, the LMS_RESULTS_RELAY now continues to appear in the result of the dynamic skin request. (CR 176019)
  • The administrator is now able to upload a custom logo for the Skillsoft Course Player. (CR 177129)
  • inGenius no longer shows in Skillsoft Advantage content, when the Enable Social Community for Skillsoft Advantage configuration setting is set to "no." (CR 177396)
  • The SKP parameter disable_selfreg_link, which hides the registration link when self registration is enabled, is now functioning. (CR 177953)
  • The SKP parameters shareable_external_template_book_chunk_link and shareable_external_template_asset_summary_link now update in Books24x7 correctly. (CR 178231)

Learner Transcripts/Course Completions/Certificates of Completion

  • Learners no longer receive the error message The application has encountered an error. Contact your training manager when attempting to view a certificate for imported data. (CR 173753)
  • When a learner restarts a course that has multiple completions, his previous completion certificate still has a date. (CR 174446)
  • Learners now show as complete for courses where administrators have updated the completion criteria. (CR 178153)
  • Required evaluations now show after a course is complete. (CR 178192)

Learning Plan

  • Sorting current user enrollments using the ascending or descending option in the Learning Plan column now sorts properly. (CR 175207)
  • After completing and closing an evaluation, learners are no longer seeing the evaluation immediately reopen with a message to complete the evaluation. (CR 176976)
  • Unassigned folders no longer display in learners' Learning Plans. (CR 177644)
  • Learners can successfully enroll in learning programs. (CR 178646)

Mobile

  • When a learner logs into Skillport with an Onyx tablet, the default browser now displays a play button. (CR 175856)

Notifications

  • Emails that are not intended for all learners (such as an Approval for Enrollment Request notification) are no longer sent in error. (CR 175263)
  • Reminder emails are no longer being sent too early. (CR 178468)

OLSA / BCS

  • When attempting to download asset metadata from OLSA using the AI_InitiateAssetMetaData request for 'delta' AICC content, SLA 2.0 content is no longer returned incorrectly. (CR 175517)
  • The UM_GetUserDetailsExtended call no longer returns a user closing tag without a corresponding start tag. (CR 179181)

Reporting

  • Reports with an excess of 65,536 rows no longer produce an error when saved in Excel. (CR 177105)

Search

  • Searches for certain terms such as 'harassment' or 'diversity' no longer return an error. (CR 178229)

Users and Groups

  • When an Admin account with custom privileges creates another Admin account, the new Admin account no longer has more privileges and higher permissions than the creating Admin account. (CR 178091)
  • Incorrect due dates, including assignment dates prior to the course creation date, no longer appear for multiple users in multiple groups. (CR 178469)
