- Description: The type of asset sub-category.

Learning Program ID
- Description: The ID of the learning program.

- Description: The status of the asset within Skillport: Active or Inactive.

- Description: Indicates if an asset is hidden or visible.

Expected Duration
- Description: For courses, this is the expected duration of the asset. For videos, audio books, and recorded sessions, this is the actual run time. Displayed in hh:mm format for Previewed reports, and reports exported to PDF and HTML. Displayed in minutes for reports exported to CSV and Excel.

- Description: Notes created by the Learning Program Administrator.

Learning Program Approval Required
- Description: Whether approval of the Learning Program is required (Yes or No).
