Revoke an Approved Waiver

You can revoke a waiver that has already been approved.

To revoke an approved waiver

  1. Click Quick Links > Approval Manager at the top of the page.

    The Approval Manager page displays a list of all pending and completed approval requests.

  2. To filter the list of approval requests by date:
    1. In Date Range, select the range for which you want to view data. You can select All, Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days, Last 12 Months, or Custom.
    2. If you select Custom, enter a start date and end date.
  3. To filter the list of approval requests to include only waivers:
    1. Click the down arrow next to the Request Type column heading.
    2. Click Filters, then select the check box beside each waiver type you want to display.
  4. To filter the list of approval requests to include only approvals:
    1. Click the down arrow next to the Request Type column heading.
    2. Click Filters, then select the check box beside each approval type you want to display.
  5. Click the Action icon on the Approval Manager page (Manage) icon corresponding to the waiver you want to revoke.

    The Revoke Waiver dialog box displays.

  6. Review the waiver details.
  7. Enter a note with the reason you are revoking the waiver, and click Revoke.
