View your Notes

You can create notes at the book, chapter, and chapter section level, and can view your notes from one central location within the viewer.

Note: You can only create one note at the asset title level, and you can create unlimited notes at the book section and paragraph level.

To view your notes from the viewer

1. Click the My Notes icon at the top of the viewer.

   The My Notes icon displays in one of two ways:

   • : Denotes that no notes have been added to this book or book section.
   • : Denotes that this book or book section contains notes.

   Notes, if any, display. From here, you can view, edit, and remove notes.

2. Click to close the window and return to the viewer.

   Note: Notes are private and only visible to you.

You can also view, add, edit, and remove notes from your learning plan and from an asset's summary page.
