View ILT Session Details

The session details view displays the details of a selected session for an available course. Use the session grid to select and drill into any one session's details.

To view ILT session details

1. View ILT Sessions.
2. Click Actions next to the relevant session.
3. Click View Session Details in the resulting list.

   The View Session Details section includes:

   • Course Info

     Language: The language of the session.

     Duration: Duration of the session listed in hours.

     Mastery Level: The percentage score necessary to pass the session.

     Course ID: The unique ID of the session.

     Description: The description of the session.

   • Session Info
     • Session ID: The unique ID of the session.
     • Session Type: Physical Classroom or Virtual.
     • Duration: Time of session listed in hours and minutes. Format is HH:MM.
     • Cost: Cost of the session listed in the currency of the content language.
     • Manager Approval: Required or not required.
     • Session Approval: Required or not required.
     • Status: Confirmed or Unconfirmed.
     • Notes: Click View to view your notes.
     • Enrollment / Capacity:Lists in number the current enrollment and capacity of the session.
     • Enrollment Deadline: Date and time of the enrollment deadline.
     • Withdrawal Deadline: Date and time of the withdrawal deadline.
     • Withdrawal Late After: Lists the date and time that a withdrawal is considered late.
     • Session City: The city where the session takes place.
     • State / Province: The state and province where the session takes place.
     • Country: The country where the session takes place.
     • Facility: The name of the facility where the session takes place.
     • Directions: Click for directions to the session facility.
     • Session Classroom: The name of the classroom where the session takes place.
   • Meeting Times

     Meeting times are listed with the date, time, and time zone of the session.
