View Your Learner Transcript
You can view your learner transcript to see the history and status of all accessed and/or completed content.
Note: If your site is configured to support the pursuit of specific training credits offered by a board (for example, NASBA or PMI), or has custom training credit-based programs, and if you want to view your progress on the assets related to these credits, see View Your Training Credits Progress.

To view your learner transcript using Quick Links
- Click Quick Links in the header.
The Quick Links menu displays.
- Click Learner Transcript.
By default, the Learning Transcript opens the Core Data transcript, and the assets are listed in order by last-accessed date.
- Optionally, filter your transcript to display a refined list of your assets:
- Click Show Filters.
- Select a status, type, and/or date range.
- Click Refine.
- Optionally, sort your learner transcript by Date or Set.
Note: Sorting by date displays each asset by date, regardless of where the asset is located within your learning plan. Sorting by set sorts the sets alphabetically, then displays the assets by date within each set.
To view imported progress data
If your organization has imported progress data for assets that you have completed in other learning management systems, and if you want to view that data, you can access that data using Learner Transcripts.
- Click Quick Links in the header.
The Quick Links menu displays.
- Click Learner Transcript.
The Core Data transcript opens.
- Click Change in the upper-left corner.
- Select Imported.
- Click OK. The imported data displays.
- Optionally, filter your transcript to display a refined list of your assets:
- Click Show Filters.
- Select a status, type, and/or date range.
- Click Refine.
- Optionally, sort your learner transcript by Date or Set.
