Prompted Animations

Prompted animations are triggered by the learner after they have read the narrative text. The advantages of this type of animation is that the animation won't interfere with the learner's ability to read and/or listen to the narrative content, and a learner can play it as many times as needed. There are two types of prompted animation:

• Those triggered from the graphic area (for example, used to illustrate processes or data flows)
• Those triggered from the animation prompt (for example, used to illustrate grab-based content)
