1. Click Add.

   The Character dialog box appears:

   
   

2. Enter in as much information about the character as you wish. All information is optional.
3. Click OK.

   The character information is entered.

1. Highlight the character you wish to edit.
2. Click Edit.
   The Character dialog box appears.
3. Edit the information you wish to change.
4. Click OK.
   The character information changes.

Note: If you edit a character name, any audio field that references that character automatically updates to the new name throughout the course.

1. Highlight the character you wish to remove.
2. Click Remove.

   The character is removed from the list.

Note: Removing a character is an unrecoverable operation and cannot be undone. All references to the character are automatically deleted from audio fields throughout the course.
