Instructor Tab

Use the Instructor tab to define instructors for a course and assign them to individual topics. Instructor information is displayed in the player and the Skillport content details page. You can define an instructor with the following information:

• Name: The name of the instructor. This is a required field.
• Image: An image of the instructor.
• About: The instructor’s biography or similar information.

To add an instructor

1. Click New. A new instructor is added to the list with the default name Instructor (1).
2. Edit the default name with the name of the actual instructor.

   The new list entry will be selected automatically, populating the data fields with the default name and empty About and Image values.

3. Click Browse to navigate to the image you want to upload. The file must be in .jpg, .jpeg, or .png format.
4. Click a file name to select it.
5. Click Open. The Select File window closes.

   The full file path appears in the text field and the instructor image displays.

6. To delete the image, right-click the image and click Delete.

To delete an instructor

1. Select the instructor’s name.
2. Click Delete.
3. Click Yes in the Confirm Instructor Delete window.
