Added support for an accessible (508) version of the Video Ad Caption template. You can open a course containing a 508 Video AD Caption (508 - VAD) page. Although you cannot edit an existing, or create a new 508 - VAD page, you can copy and paste existing instances of the page, as well as unzip zips containing existing instances, into a course that already contains at least one of these new pages.
Note: The 508 Mode version of the VAD template (508 – VAD) will not include any audio-described video.
Bug Fixes
In Chrome, the Course Index no longer has horizontal scrollbars.
