Install SCORM Runtime Environment

You can install the Skillport Runtime Environment for SCORM. When configured, the option displays during a custom installation and is selected by default during a Typical installation. In order for the option to be available, you must add the file, S12SPLW*.zip to the installer.

To install and configure the runtime environment for SCORM

1. Add S12SPLW_Vx_x_x.zip to the installer lib folder. "x" represents the build number.

   Note: The installer kit is on CD-ROM, you may need to copy the installer files to the hard drive.

   

2. Perform a Typical or Custom installation.
   • Typical Installation: The Runtime Environment for SCORM is installed by default.
   • Custom Installation: Select the option to Install Skillport Runtime Environment for SCORM support.

   

During installation of this option, the contents of zip file are extracted relative to the /web/scorm/S12SPLW folder on the content server.
