Force a Password Change

If you are a user with a Company Administrator or Administrator role, you can force a password change for an individual user. This forces the user to change his or her password immediately after the next login.

Note: You can also force a password change for all members of a group at once.

To force a password change for a user

  1. Click Users & Groups | User Management on the navigation bar.
  2. In the group hierarchy in the left pane, navigate to the desired user, and select the user.
  3. In the right pane, click Force Password Change.
  4. When the message appears asking if you want to continue with the forced password change, click OK.
