Delete a User

Deleting a user permanently removes a user's account. As an alternative to deleting a user, you can deactivate the user. By default, only super administrators can delete users.

To delete a user

  1. Click Users & Groups | User Management on the navigation bar.
  2. In the group hierarchy in the left pane, navigate to the desired user, and select the user.
  3. In the right pane, click Delete.
  4. When the confirmation message displays, click OK to confirm the deletion.
