Dashboard

When you sign into the Skillsoft Coaching platform, you land on the Enterprise Dashboard with the Dashboard - Learners page displayed. From the left navigation bar, under Dashboard, you can also select Skillsoft Coaches or your Organization Coaches if applicable. These pages show an overview of your coaching programs. The Dashboard pages summarize the activity of your learners and coaches.

Dashboard - Learners

The Dashboard - Learners page is split into the following sections:

  • Learner Metrics: Shows the learners that are active and their engagement stage. Selecting data in this section brings you to the User Metrics page.
  • Learner Overview: Shows the learner's active status. Selecting data in this section brings you to the User Metrics page.
  • Needs Attention: Shows a review of the number of learners who are falling behind or require support. Selecting data in this section brings you to the To - Do page where you can review who needs attention.
  • Coaching Overview: Shows a high level overview of platform activity.
    • Total Sessions: Shows the total number of sessions completed by learners.
    • Session Rating: Shows the average rating that learner's have given to sessions.
    • Resources Viewed: Shows resources shared by the coach for the learner.
    • Messages Exchanged: Shows messages exchanged between the coach and learner.
  • Top Focus Area: Shows the top five focus areas selected by learners and the count of each.
  • Goal Type: For each goal created, learners are asked if it is related to developing themselves, the organization, or others. This section represents the breakdown of goals by these categories.

Dashboard - Skillsoft Coaches

This page is organized into the following sections:

  • Coaching Overview: Shows important highlights of the Skillsoft Coaches your organization is working with.
    • Total Coaches: Shows the total number of coaches selected by learners.
    • Resources Shared: Shows resources shared by the coach for the learner.
    • Messages Exchanged: Shows messages exchanged between the coach and learner.
  • Type of Sessions: Shows the number of one-on-one calls and 3-way manager calls.
  • Coaches - NPS Score: Shows the number of responses provided by detractors, passives, and promoters. Together, this creates an NPS calculation presented in the graph.
  • Session Ratings: Shows the number of sessions rated and the average rating.

Dashboard - Organization Coaches

Note: You will only see this page if your organization has its own coaches.

The Dashboard - Organization Coaches page is organized into the following sections:

  • Coaching Overview: Shows important highlights of the organization coaches including:
    • Total Coaches: Shows the total number organization coaches.
    • Resources Shared: Shows resources shared by the coach for the learner.
    • Messages Exchanged: Shows messages exchanged between the coach and learner.
  • Type of Sessions: Shows the number of one-on-one calls and 3-way manager calls.
  • Coaches NPS Score: Shows the number of responses provided by detractors, passives, and promoters. Together this creates an NPS calculation presented in the graph.
  • Session Ratings: This graph provided the number of sessions rated and the average rating.
