Assessment Results

Once you have scheduled your first coaching session, the results of your 360° feedback assessments, Engagement survey, and Leadership assessment become available to view.

To access your assessment results:

  1. From your To-Do list, locate View assessment results.
  2. Select Begin to view the feedback from your colleagues and managers.
    • Results from your own Leadership assessment as well as 360° feedback from managers if they have already responded are available to view, but you only see feedback from other colleagues if all of them have responded or been removed.
    • Depending on the settings configured by your organization, 360° feedback from colleagues may be separated out by their role if three or more people from that role completed your assessment, or manager feedback may be included in the rest of your colleagues' feedback.
  3. You have the option to download a PDF version of your feedback by selecting Download assessment results.

This page shows:

  • Assessment summary: This section provides an AI summary of all of your 360° feedback.
  • 360° invitees and responses: This section shows:
    • 360° invites sent: This is the number of invitations that you sent to colleagues. This number does not include people you removed from your list.
    • 360° responses received: The number of people who completed your 360°feedback assessment.
    • 360° pending responses: The number of people still on your invitees list that have not yet completed the 360° feedback assessment.
  • Custom uploads and documents: If you have any other documents with professional goals that you would like your coach to see, upload them here.
  • View results: This section shows the results of all assessment feedback including your own Leadership assessment and all 360° feedback. Select What do these scores mean? to view a pop-up with the same scale that you used when completing your Leadership assessment. You can view information about your results in the following tabs:
    • Assessment: This tab shows the average score from each group of responders for each skill on your 360° feedback assessment. If anyone added comments, you can select the Comments button to view them.
    • Insights: This tab shows your blindspots, hidden strengths, highest rating, and lowest rating. Your blindspots are skills that you rated high for yourself, but that others rated low. Your hidden strengths are skills that you rated low for yourself, but that others rated high. The 360° average in this tab includes all responses except yours and your manager's unless your manager's responses are not separated in the assessments tab. Then, the average includes all colleagues and managers.
    • Engagement survey: The Engagement survey tab shows general statements with an average rating based on your responses to the Engagement survey taken during onboarding.
    • Additional feedback: This tab shows any comments from your 360° feedback assessments as well as answers to any additional questions that your organization may have added to the 360° feedback assessment.

Note that your coach also sees these results in order to best tailor your training to which skills need the most development.
