Creating a New Presentation

To create a new presentation

  1. Click File > New Presentation on the menu, or click on the toolbar.
  2. In Presentation Type, select either the Training Session, Product or Services Overview, or Blank Session template.
  3. In Format, select how the presentation will be viewed, either Desktop only or Mobile and Desktop.
  4. To view tips on creating effective sessions, click the icon that corresponds to the content type that you're creating. The tips are displayed in a pop-up window. After you have read the tips, close the pop-up window to return to the Create New Presentation dialog box.
  5. Click OK.

    A new presentation is created with Topics and Sub-folders contained in the selected template. If you selected Blank Session and/or Mobile and Desktop, a presentation is created with a single Topic. Whether you select a template or Blank Session, you can add, edit or delete Lessons, Topics, and Sub-folders as necessary.
