Opening Presentations

You can open the following types of files in Dialogue Design:

• Dialogue Recorded Sessions (.drs): Recordings of Dialogue sessions made using the Dialogue Recorder.
• Dialogue Presentations (.prs): Presentations created in Dialogue Design.
• Flash Files (.swf): Recorded Flash movie files.
• Mobile Presentation Files (.mprs)
• Mobile Recorded Sessions (.mdrs)

To open an existing presentation

1. Click File > Open on the menu, or click on the toolbar.

   The Open Presentation dialog box displays.

   Note: When you click File on the menu, a list of recently opened presentations displays. To open one of these existing presentations, click the presentation file name.

2. Navigate to the desired folder and select the presentation.
   • To select multiple presentations, use CTRL+Click or SHIFT+Click.
3. Click Open.

   The presentation displays in the Presentation Layout pane. If you opened multiple presentations, each presentation displays in a separate tab.

   Note: If you opened a mobile presentation that was created in Dialogue Design 6.0 SR2 or earlier, refer to Opening Older Versions of Mobile Presentations to ensure the audio files work correctly when the presentation is published.
