Advanced Slide Edit

You can perform an Advanced Edit on multiple selected PowerPoint slides in Dialogue Design. The selected slides (even from different parts of the presentation) will open in PowerPoint in the order in which they were selected.

When you close the PowerPoint presentation after editing it, all the updated slides are imported back into Design into their original locations.

End Advanced Edit

You can use this option to end an advanced edit. Clicking on the End Advanced Edit button will automatically save and close the associated application and the slides will be imported back in to Design.

This option can be invoked from the Edit menu, by clicking End Advanced Edit icon on the toolbar, or from the shortcut menu.

Add/Delete Slides

New slides that are added in Advanced Edit mode will be added to Design when the edit is completed. Slides can be copied and pasted as well.

Slides that are deleted in Advanced Edit mode will also be deleted from Design.

Rearrange Slides

If you rearrange slides during Advanced Edit mode, the slides will be imported back to Design in the rearranged order.

Audio/Slide Notes

The Dialogue Design audio and slide notes associated with a slide are included in the corresponding PowerPoint slide when an Advanced Edit is conducted.

Audio/Video Slides

The Advanced Edit functions are available for audio and video slides in mobile presentations.
