Content replacement

When you replace an existing SCORM or AICC package, Percipio maintains only the most recently-uploaded package files. We recommend you download a copy of the content (via the Actions > Download File menu option on the Custom Content page) prior to replacing it.

Content retirement

When you retire a hosted package or a hosted single file, you can opt to delete retired content from the server to free up more storage space. When you delete the content, a record of the retired asset remains via metadata that Percipio uses for historical purposes (such as in reports or on a learner's Activity page).

We recommend you download a copy of the content (via the Actions > Download File menu option on the Custom Content page) prior to deleting it.
