You can now enable leaderboards for Learning Programs to help generate excitement and spark motivation. Leaderboards show learners how they rank among their peers and colleagues within your company. Leaderboards for learning programs is selected by default on the Manage cohort(s) step when you create a learning program.
When selected, enrolled learners can view their progress in the learning program compared to others enrolled in the learning program's cohort.
