Yes, there is a fee for Skillsoft Professional Services team to implement the Workday Learning connector. After you implement the connector, it is free to use as part of Percipio.

Yes. You will need to have an active subscription from Workday for Workday Cloud Connect for Learning (CCLRN) SKU. For more information and possible fees please contact your Workday Account Team.

This will depend on your specific implementation, but if you have contracted for the Workday Cloud Connect for Learning (CCLRN) SKU, your technical LMS administrator can perform the steps to configure Workday Learning.

Yes. The Workday Learning  connector is the only supported method for automatically synchronizing Percipio learner usage data.

You can choose to manually export data from Percipio or use the available APIs to build your own process to import and synchronize the data if you wish.

Our implementation team has defined the project schedule based on our years of experience and best practices. The project typically takes 6-8 weeks, but each project is unique and so Skillsoft will make our best effort to accommodate your schedule.

Yes. All Skillsoft content types can be made available in Workday Learning

Journeys and Channels will be transformed into a course and the title will be enhanced with the content type. For example: (Journey)First Time Manager or (Channel) Python Fundamentals.

Yes. During the implementation process you will work with the Skillsoft account team to select the content you wish to make available.

You will be able select by the Workday content types, for example only adding courses, and further refine the selection to specific content items if you wish.

It is important to note that if the content items are not loaded into Workday Learning, then usage will not be recorded in Workday Learning for these items.

No. Skillsoft compliance content is not part of the content synchronized by the connector. Compliance content is provided as AICC packages. You can load and manage these AICC packages as packaged content in Workday Learning.

A Workday Learning administrator  manages the scheduled time, but the process runs at least once a day.

Yes. All the Skillsoft content in all languages will be included in the process.

Yes. New Skillsoft content items will automatically be added to the Workday Learning .

Yes. Updated Skillsoft content items will automatically update in Workday Learning.

Yes. Retired Skillsoft content items will automatically be marked as inactive in Workday Learning.

No. Workday Learning control how the Skillsoft metadata is loaded and used.

No. There is no synchronization of Skillsoft Subjects and Areas to Workday Learning topics. You can choose to map the tags present in the metadata to Workday Learning Topics.

No. There is no synchronization of Skillsoft Collection information to Workday Learning.

Using SAML Single Sign-on (SSO) means that learner’s access to the content in Percipio should be seamless. This is dependent on how your SAML system is configured.

No. Using our recommended SAML configuration means that a Percipio learner account will be created the first time the learner accesses content. The learner account is populated with the SAML information your system supplies. Subsequent accesses will update the Percipio account based on the data from your SAML system.

You can also choose to setup an automated feed from your HR systems to add additional learner information to Percipio, if all the information is not available in your SAML system

Workday Learning  uses the metadata about Skillsoft content delivered through the Automated Content Management process. Workday Learning  has its own algorithms for displaying content, handling learner's searches, and providing content recommendations which is different from Percipio.

No. There is no synchronization of Workday Learning assignments to Percipio.

No. There is no synchronization of Skillsoft subjects and areas to Workday Learningtopics.You can choose to map the tags present in the metadata to Workday Learning topics.

• Any Percipio add-ons or plug-ins, such as Percipio for Microsoft Teams or Percipio ELSA browser plug-in

Yes. The Skillsoft content when synchronised is mapped by Workday Learning to a default Workday Learning topic. Within Workday Learning you would control which learners can view content in the specific topic. For more information, please contact your Workday Account Team.

No. There is no synchronization of Skillsoft collection information to Workday Learning  and so it is not possible to assign a Percipio license via Workday Learning .

You can assign licenses in Percipio, but learners may find content items in Workday Learning  that they will not have access to in Percipio.

Yes. You can launch and complete content in the Workday mobile app. After you complete it, you cannot relaunch the content in the mobile app. However, you can relaunch the content on a desktop device.

Yes. Workday Learning will record the usage as long as the content item exists in Workday Learning.

Yes. Workday Learning  will record the completion as long as the content item exists in Workday Learning .

Percipio sends usage to Workday Learning within a few seconds of it occurring in Percipio.

Yes. The learner’s usage is tracked and available to report on using Percipio Analytics. Admins can also see the learner activity data in Workday Learning .
