Create an objective for the appropriate Topic/Lesson Overview.

A Topic/Learning Point must contain at least one instructional page

Create one or more instructional pages for the appropriate Topic/Learning Point.

Missing audio/graphic file

If you remove audio or graphics files, ensure that you remove audio text or graphic description text. For audio files, if the fields appear empty, make sure there are no stray space characters in the fields; then remove the file names and also ensure there is no spaces left in these fields. For graphics, remove any references to the missing file name in the Graphics tab and re-add the image.

Embedded hyperlink detected

Remove the hyperlink that is within another hyperlink.

Non-tested Pages:

• Topic/Course Overview/Lesson Overview <topic ID> contains more than <threshold value> unique background graphics.

Tested Pages:

• Course/Lesson <topic ID> contains more than <threshold value> unique tested background graphics

Default default value is 6. Avoid including more than 6 page level background graphics. Question pages under Tested objectives are not included in the audit.

Course graphic is missing

If you remove a course graphic, remove any references to the missing filename in the Properties tab and re-add the image.
