A warning indicates a possible problem with an element in the course. To resolve it, go to the item referred to in the warning and assess the severity of the problem. A course can still be published if items tagged with a warning are not fixed.
Below is a list of common audit warnings and possible solutions found in SkillStudio.

Enter the appropriate version number into the Course Version field of the Attributes tab. |
Splash screen title does not match course title |
Change the title of either Splash Screen or the Course so that the two match each other. |
Image size exceeds target location specification |
Use a smaller image or decrease the size of the image that you have. |
Hyperlink with unassigned learning aid |
Assign a hyperlink to the text you marked for a hyperlink (highlight the text, right click the text, select Hyperlink from the drop down menu, and select a hyperlink). |
Invalid Image File format |
This warning indicates that the image file name is too large (it has more than 8 characters in the name or more than 3 characters in the extension). Shorten the file name. |
Invalid Audio File format |
This warning indicates that the audio file name is too large (it has more than 8 characters in the name or more than 3 characters in the extension). Shorten the file name. |
Job/Learning Aid file names may only contain alphanumeric, underscore, or period characters. |
Remove any special characters and spaces from the Job/Learning Aid file names. |
A text overrun has occurred: Text Overrun in generic feedback when incorrect, for attempt 1 |
Reduce the length of the stem and/or the number of questions on the page. |
Job/Learning Aid file names must be lowercase. |
Change all characters in the Job/Learning Aid file names to lower case. |
Minimum width recommendation of 250px is not met for Course Graphic: [width] x [height] |
Use an image with a minimum width of 250px. |
