Removed 8bit SPX Audio file support: There is no longer a need to deploy an 8bit SPX file alongside the 16bit SPX file for a SPX course. The zip files will no longer include the 8bit SPX file. The content development process will continue to keep the _16b naming convention for all SPX files.
