Tracking Modes
There are two types of tracking modes, Track to OLSA Content Server and Track to the third party Learning Management System. The content varies depending on the tracking mode. The following table describes some of the differences:

In this mode, all courseware launched from any entry point such as a third party Learning Management System portal, intranet or other application and tracks directly to the OLSA Content Server. |
In this mode, all courseware except Passive content types such as such as Books, Express Guides, SkillBriefs, JobAids, Mentoring Assets, KnowledgeCenters, Learning Programs, Dialogue Sessions, SkillView Add-On, Books 24X7 Add-On and Search and Learn Add-On launched from a third-party LMS tracks directly back to the LMS. |
