New Features and Enhancements as of November 18, 2025

After you finish taking a course test, the page you see with your current score, now also contains your highest score which could be your current score or a different score if you previously completed the course test. This way you can measure your current score against your highest score.

When a user with a role of site admin wants to share a custom report template with another user who has scoped admin privileges, they can choose to share the full data on the report or a restricted view of just the learners who are members of audiences assigned to the scoped admin. If a site admin shares the full data, the scoped admin cannot change filters, share the report template with others, edit, or delete it, but they can create a copy and a schedule for themselves.

With this release, you can now see the data refresh time on six dashboards, allowing you to quickly verify the currency of the data without navigating away from the dashboard view. The six dashboards that show the refresh time are:

• Skill Benchmarks Overview
• CAISY
• Learning Feedback
• Career Journey

The Assignment Dashboard, Assignment Detail by User, and Assignment Summary by User reports now have a new Assignment status filter. Use the filter to help you view assignments that are either only active, only archived, only canceled, or a combination.

When you create assignments and learning programs you can assign each one to a business objective to help track where your company is focusing its learning efforts. Skillsoft provides 10 default objectives that you can use. In addition, you can now add up to 15 custom business objectives where previously you could only add up to 10. This gives you more flexibility to target your initiatives to your unique business objectives.

Site and domain admins can now import all historical completions into Percipio, this includes multiple completions for the same asset over several years. With this enhancement you can manage historical completion data effectively, providing greater control over your site's learning records.

Previously when you created a custom AI policy in multiple languages, the system only supported one URL or PDF across all languages. With this enhancement, each language policy can include a unique URL or PDF specific to that language. This enhancement allows for a more personalized and compliant user experience by automatically presenting the appropriate custom URL and custom file details for each locale.

The new Group Coaching option in Skillsoft Coaching provides a scalable and structured coaching experience designed for cohorts of 6–8 learners. Reach out to your Skillsoft account team if you are interested in learning more about this new option.

When you create a CAISY for Conversation, you can now add a specific knowledge source to your design brief. When you add a knowledge source, the Design Assistant will use the information in it to tailor the conversation to your unique situation.

With this update, users who have view only access to a knowledge source’s location (either at the project or workspace level) have the ability to share that source to another location to which they have access.

The Manage Locations option is accessible only at the source location, providing a streamlined and organized approach to document management. This change is particularly beneficial for maintaining an efficient workspace and project management environment.
