You can modify or enter additional content into an article using the WYISWYG toolbar in the Edit Article page.
This toolbar allows you to format the contents of a wiki article, such that content displayed while editing the article appears very similar to the final output when publishing the article.
WYSIWYG is the acronym for "what-you see-is-what-you-get".

Horizontal Line
|
Inserts a divider line (horizontal rule).

Insert template

Allows you to add templates.

This button allows users to add tags or meta data to articles.

Allows you to create references.

Insert Formula
|
Allows users to insert formula, similar to those added to spreadsheets. This can be helpful for calculating information in tables.

Insert Signature
|
Allows you to enter the user signature for a comment. The user signature allows you to display the time stamp and the date along with the user name next to the comment.
For example: Jack 11:58, 13 September 2007.
You can also display the user name, date and time into preferred format using the Preferences page.

Insert Category
|
Allows you to insert or edit categories for articles.
|
Format tool
|
A drop-down which includes the list of styles you can apply for text.
|
Format style
|
Applies bold, italic, underline or strike-through formatting to the highlighted text.

Superscript or subscript
|
Allows you to superscript or subscript the highlighted text.
|
Bullets and Numbering
|
Superscript or subscript the highlighted text.
|
Quotation
|
Format a block of text to identify quotations (text prominent from other sources).

Justify
|
Sets the text alignment (left, centered, right or justified).
|
Hyperlinks
|
Converts or removes the text in hyperlinks. It may also be used to manage file uploads and links to files on the web server.

Anchor
|
Allows users to create a place in an article which you may access directly, either from the content pane, or from a separate web address.

Styles
|
Creates a style just for the selected text, table cell and other elements.
|
Highlight
|
Highlights selected content in the desired color.
|
Maximize
|
Maximizes the editor size inside the browser.

Help
|
Displays help information on the toolbar, which navigates to the SkillPort Online Help.
