General Administrative Reports

Run the General Administrative reports to see information about the Library, equivalent courses, prerequisites, attributes (demographics), etc.

Click the report title below to learn more about the following general administrative reports:

• Equivalent Courses (Web Only): Lists the equivalent course for the selected courses.
• Demographics Group Summary: Lists all audiences and attributes in your organization, the attribute values used to create the audiences, and the number of assignments made directly to each audience.
• Library Report: Available in web output only. Lists all content included your Compliance site that's available to assign to your learners.
• Unused Demographics (Web Only): Lists, and provides the option to delete, all unused attributes (demographics) and attribute values.
• Demographics Summary (Web Only): Lists all attributes and their values and how they're used.
• Users by Demographic: Lists users associated with one or more attributes.
• User Information Report: Lists information about users such as name, ID, status, etc.
• Learning Plan Assignments by Demographic: Lists all assignments associated with each audience (demographic group) at any given time.
• Users with Individual Learning Plan Assignments (CSV Only): Lists all assignments made to an individual, including information about user attributes.
• Learning Plan Assignments Summary (CSV Only): Lists all current assignments by user. Does not include information about user attributes.
• Completion Summary by Demographics for Required Courses (CSV Only): Lists selected attribute(s), the total count of assigned courses to the attribute(s), a breakdown of course counts based on their completion status, and a percent complete calculation for the attribute(s).
• Prerequisites (Web Only): Lists all prerequisite courses for the courses you select.
• Retired library courses report (CSV only): Lists all retired courses currently on the site. For each retired course it shows the number of learning programs, group assignments, and individual assignments that contain that retired course.

• Translated Course Mapping Report: lists all the translated content that is available on the site, and the English courses they are mapped to.
