Skill Benchmark Learner Details

The Skill Benchmark Learner Details report provides metrics on learner engagement with Skill Benchmarks.

Report insights

The report shows you:

  • A learner's skill level for the Skill Benchmark.
  • A learner's skill gain for the Skill Benchmark based on the difference between the learner's first score for the benchmark and their current best score.

Get Started

The platform may take up to 24 hours to include relevant activity in this report. You can see at the top of the report when the data was last updated.

To access the report and customize it for your needs:

  1. Do one of the following:
    • You can access the report from the Skill Benchmarks Overview Dashboard,
    • From the Analytics menu in the left navigation bar, select All Reports, and then under Activity, select Skill Benchmark Learner Details.
  2. After you set filters, select Apply filters to update the data shown on the page. If you want to reset filters, you can select Reset to default.

  3. You can select to Download report at this point so you can share with others in your organization.
  4. You have the option to do any of the following with a saved custom report template:

Filters

The following filters are available for the Skill Benchmark Learner Detail report:

  • Date filters: The Date filters apply to the DURATION, FIRST ACCESS, LAST ACCESS, and TOTAL ACCESSES columns.

    • Date Range Presets: A drop-down list of date ranges that filters the data to the selected range. Select Custom to enter specific dates.
    • Start: Instead of using a Date Range preset, use this to specify a start date. When you enter a Start date, the Date Range Presets filter changes to Custom.
    • End: Instead of using a Date Range preset, use this to specify an end date. When you enter an End date, the Date Range Presets filter changes to Custom.
  • AUDIENCE: Predefined group of users. Enter the name of an audience and then select it from the list. You can display the data for multiple audiences at the same time by entering more than one audience name.
  • Benchmarks by keyword: To run the report on a specific benchmark, enter keywords.

  • Include inactive users: Select this box if you want to show inactive users in your report, otherwise the report only shows active users.

Columns

Default Columns

  • SKILL BENCHMARK: The benchmark title.
  • CONTENT TYPE: Shows the type of benchmark.
  • USER UUID: This is a universally unique identifier that is automatically assigned by the system for each account.
  • USER ID: The value entered in the User ID field. It is used to identify a user inside Percipio.
  • LAST NAME: The value entered in the Last name user attribute. Usually the user's last name.
  • FIRST NAME: The value entered in the First name user attribute. Usually the user's first name.
  • USER STATUS: The status of the user in Percipio. Valid values are active or inactive.
  • LEVEL: The learner's skill level based on their best score: Novice (0-9), Aspiring (10-49), Developing (50-69), Proficient (70-89), or Advanced (90-100).
  • FIRST SCORE: The first score the learner achieved.
  • MOST RECENT SCORE: The most recent score the learner achieved.
  • BEST SCORE: The learner's best score as of the date of the report.
  • BEST SCORE DATE: The date the learner achieved their best score.
  • SKILL GAIN:  Difference between the learner's first score and best score.
  • COMPLETIONS: Number of times the learner completed the benchmark.

Additional Columns

The following columns are also available in the report:

  • AUDIENCES: Shows the audiences where the learner is a member.
  • LOGIN NAME: The value entered in the Login name attribute for the user.

  • EMAIL ADDRESS: The value entered in the Email address user attribute; the user's email address.
