Administer AI Coach

If you are a Skillsoft Platform administrator, you have oversight into how AI Coach displays to learners and how they are using it.

Please use the following for reference in getting AI Coach set up for your learners:

• Ensure AI Coach meets all your AI requirements by first reviewing the AI Coach FAQ.
• When you are ready, turn on AI Coach and configure which learners will access it and which features they will use. Do this from the admin menu, Site Settings > Site Configuration > AI Coach Settings.
• Configure whether AI Coach sends emails to learners to help keep them on track.
• After learners have accessed it for at least a week, you can monitor progress with the AI Coach dashboard.
