Custom channels
Admins can create channels specific to their organization. Custom channels can include a selection of Skillsoft stock content and custom linked content.
Custom linked content
Admins can now curate content from the web with custom linked content, and that content can now be added to custom channels. Learners can access custom linked content within Percipio via the search feature or by browsing the library.
Practice labs
Practice labs are designed to help you practice and assess your current skill levels, and maintain ongoing expertise, in a learning environment that replicates a real-world job situation.
TestPreps
TestPreps are practice exams in a simulated certification testing environment that help you prepare for a certification exam. You can use the new Practice search filter to search for available TestPreps.
Ask a Mentor
Some channels now have the Ask a Mentor feature. You can chat with or email a live mentor about your certifications or courses.
Search enhancements
More inclusive search results
Now when searching, results are more inclusive to the terms searched. For example, when searching the term Finance, results for finance, banking, and accounting terms display in the results.
New filters for Percipio (web only)
The Filter by Activity now includes Practice.
You can also refine your search by content type:
Percipio Compliance Administrator update
The Percipio Compliance Administrator home page has been redesigned to look and feel like Percipio.
Enhanced Knowledge Base
The Percipio Knowledge Base has been enhanced for better usability.

The home page is redesigned with the same card view as Percipio:
New Videos and Tutorials carousel
There is a new Percipio Online Help carousel for all available videos and tutorials:

Instead of the top right menu, when your browser window is fully expanded, there is now left-side navigation:
When the browser window is smaller, there's a menu in the top right that expands to a right-side navigation:

Clarified terminology in KnowledgeChecks
Terminology has been clarified so that learners understand that KnowledgeChecks are not tests. Now, the text reads: Let's see how much you've learned before you continue or take the course test!
New Practice tab view
There is a new look and feel to the Practice tab. Practice resources now display with the same card view as other Percipio content:
Bug fixes
- Inflated duration values in dashboards and reports that were appearing for some users have been fixed. This correction will decrease the inflated book duration values for impacted users. It will also reduce the overall Learning Hours and Impact to Salary Hours tables on the Estimated Program Value dashboard.
- Some users experienced latency issues when loading their reports and dashboards; this has been corrected.
- Now, all channel titles display as expected in reports.
