Modifications and Enhancements

• The Catalog Hierarchy Report is now available in the OLSA Admin UI. Previously available in OLSA 2.3 for SkillPort 7.3, the report was reintroduced to OLSA 8 for Skillport 8.
• The AI_InitiateFullCourseListing web service is now available. Previously avaiable in OLSA 2.3 for SkillPort 7.3, the web service is reinstated for OLSA 8 for Skillport 8.
